Personal Safety;  EOI provides advice on how to prepare action plans to ensure company employees and families are always safe and secure.  This includes advice on  secure office environments, dwellings, security advice on personal practices and preparing evacuation plans.

Business Functionality:  In preparation for conflicts or natural disasters, EOI will assist in preparing plans to ensure that business keeps running as close to a regular pattern as possible.  However, this may mean functioning at a reduced level or temporarily moving the business to a separate predetermined location until the crisis lifts.  A well thought out business continuity plan can save companies from serious losses.

Securing company information and records;  EOI’s team of IT specialists will assist in preparing a secure location for companies to store their records.  With the world of electronic transfers, it is now easy for companies to store their most vital records and information in a safe and secure location off shore from their business locations.  At the present time, EOI prefers storing e-data in Canada.  Canada has a secure political environment, is far from global conflicts and has almost no natural disasters.  Records and information are vital to the effectiveness of any business.  Securing that information should be a function of normal business practice.
